These SMS terms apply to text messages sent by Tax Quotes Inc. (“TaxQuotes,” “we,” “us”). They are part of our Terms of service.
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, by checking the consent box on our free case review form), you agree that TaxQuotes may send you text messages, including with automated technology, about:
Your consent is not a condition of buying any goods or services. If you’d rather not receive texts, call us at (844) 938-1040 instead.
Message frequency varies. It depends on your request and, for clients, on what is happening in your case.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. TaxQuotes does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You’ll get one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. You can also opt out by calling us or emailing help@taxquotes.com.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your services. If you’re a client, we’ll keep in touch about your case by phone or email.
Reply HELP to any message, call us at (844) 938-1040, or email help@taxquotes.com.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text message opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
If you change or give up the mobile number you gave us, please tell us so we don’t text someone else.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change these SMS terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
