CEO & Founder

For prospective employees

Thank you for your interest in this position.

I just wanted to reach out and share a little about myself, the reason I started this company and why I think we’ve got something truly special here.

I’ve been in the tax remediation industry since 2014, but in a marketing capacity. To be effective in my job, I learned everything I could about our customers, their problems and our competitors. I became quite good at my job and over the next few years went from Digital Marketing Manager to Chief Marketing Officer and then to Vice President.

I also discovered the poor reputation our industry has and learned the company I worked for was no different. In fact, you could make a strong argument we were worse. We were very “profit-driven”, cultivated an unhealthy work culture and by every indicator, our clients came last. On October 1, 2021, I resigned and partnered with Satyam Mehta, the best tax attorney I know, to start a different kind of company.

And so far, it’s working.

Our greatest asset is our people

We started in November of 2021 in a co-working space, renting out 3 desks. We now have almost 50 employees and are still growing. With the growth comes the inevitable scaling issues and growing pains, but the single reason everything is going extremely well is the quality of our people.

In any service business, your greatest asset is your people.

It’s not enough to find people with the right skills; people have to be a good fit for our culture. We work hard and we play hard. We are all constantly learning to be better. We help each other out and most of all, we never lie to our customers or each other. We want to dominate our industry and offer new products and services. We have plans and our plans have plans. We’re only finishing year two… there is still so much more to do. It’s exciting and stressful but most journeys are.

And just like we’re doing our best to find great people, I’m sure you’re doing the same.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and hopefully we’ll get to meet someday.
