Like many good stories, this one starts with two friends
John Oh and Satyam Mehta have worked in the tax remediation industry since 2014 — in fact, they met at the same company. John worked as VP of Marketing and Satyam was the senior tax attorney, specializing in negotiating settlements on behalf of the firm’s clients.
They both liked the industry but also saw problems. They believe resolving tax issues shouldn’t push clients further into debt and keep them in the dark. So they put their heads together and created a company where the client experience came first, prioritizing transparency and communication, all while saving clients as much money as possible.

We’ve grown from four people in a coworking space to nearly 100 team members in 18 states.
